Margaret Donald

Margaret Donald was
born in Edinburgh, brought up in Aberdeen she studied art and design
at Grays School of Art. She sits on the committee of Gray's Graduates
and is keen to promote the work of fellow artists in Scotland.
Margaret exhibits at a
number of Galleries throughout Aberdeen. A solo exhibition at Grampian
Hospitals Trust in September 2003 was warmly received and a great
success. She also exhibits at the popular Pittenweem Arts Festival.
Margarets aim is to
capture the many moods and seasons of the land, sea and sky.
Portraiture also features in her work, commissions have been
undertaken from as far a field as London. Fascination of the human
form has inspired her to carry out vibrant figurative work.
