JUDITH BURBIDGE B.ED MFA
Judith Burbidge originally studied at Bath College of Higher Education to
obtain her Bachelor of Education Degree. She fulfilled a long held
ambition to do postgraduate study when she attended Duncan of Jordanstone,
Dundee and graduated with a Masters Degree in Fine Art.
JANE CHISHOLM
Jane Chisholm will be graduating this summer from Duncan of
Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee with a BDes(Hons) in
Constructed Textiles. As well as travelling, studying and producing work
for her degree, she has researched and developed a range of unique
clothing and textile accessories under the label "cloudberry3".
EMMA U COOPER BA(Hons)
Emma Cooper graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design
in 2005 and is currently studying for a Masters in Fine Art. She has been
awarded the William S Phillips Landscape Painting Award to paint a
landscape for the trustees of the Charles Phillips Collection. Her work
includes sculpture,
printmaking and installation.
ELAINE CUNNINGHAM BA(Hons)
Elaine Cunningham graduated in Fine Art from Duncan of Jordanstone College
of Art in 2002. Her paintings are inspired by the coastlines of Arbroath
and Auchmithie. She has sold work in the Royal Scottish Academy and
exhibits in galleries in Scotland and Ireland. Her paintings are in
private and public collections around the world.
JEAN HILL BA(Hons)
Jean Hill graduated in Fine Art from Duncan of Jordanstone
in 2001 following a four year course with the Open College of the Arts.
Her award winning work can be found in private and public collections
throughout the UK and abroad and includes painting, prints, mixed media,
garden design and dry stone dyking. She also engages in art therapy work
with people who have mental and physical disorders.
FRAN MARQUIS-FAULKES BDes(Hons) MFA
Fran Marquis-Faulkes graduated in Ceramics and Photography
from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in 2000 and has just
completed a Masters in Fine Art at Grays School of Art in Aberdeen. She
runs ceramic evening classes at Grays in Ceramics and enjoys community
based art. Fran is currently working with two schools and 2 hospital

VAL SCOTT BA(Hons) MFA
Val Scott completed an MFA at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in
2003. A Royal Scottish Academy Prize winner, Val has exhibited in the UK
and abroad. Her current work includes painting, prints and mixed media and
she combines her practice with running classes at her studio in Longforgan..
JOHN SCOTT BA(Hons)
John Scott exhibits widely both here and abroad. A regular
at the Royal Scottish Academy, John’s work is based on the Scottish
landscape.
ADRIENNE MCSTAY BDes MFA

Adrienne Mcstay has studied, worked and exhibited in the US, Ireland and
Great Britain. Her work has been selected for the international Corning
Glass New Glass Review 25'. She graduated Master of Fine Art from Duncan
of Jordanstone in 2003 with award winning work and has recently had an
exhibition at The Meffan, Forfar.
ALISON MOUNTAIN BA(Hons) FA Higher Diploma in Painting
BDes(Hons) MDes

Alison is a Fine Art and a Design graduate. She works primarily in
Painting, drawing and printmaking, and teaches part time at Duncan of
Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee.
KARIN MUHLERT BDes(Hons) MFA
Graduated in 2001 with a Master of Fine Art from Duncan of Jordanstone
College of Art and Design. Karin is a sculptor who works with paper and
metal and shows her work nationally and internationally. At present she is
a guest student at the school of jewellery in Pforzheim, Germany.
LINDA SHEARER BDes(Hons) MDes
Linda Shearer graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College
of Art in 1999 with a Degree in Jewellery and Metalwork. She now works in
mixed media producing wall mounted abstract images inspired by natural
forms.
DOT SIM

Award winning Fife based jeweller, Dot Sim sells work throughout Britain,
and exhibits at national events such as Chelsea Craft Fair and Artisan.
LIZ SKULINA BA(Hons) MFA ARBS
Liz Skulina graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of
Art with a Masters in Fine Art in 2001. A prize winner at the Royal
Scottish Academy, she was made an Associate of The Royal Society of
British Sculptors in 2003. Exhibiting both nationally and internationally,
her work was selected in 2002 to represent Scottish art in a group
exhibition at Scotland House, Brussels.
KATHY WATTS BA(Hons) MFA

Kathy Watts, a Fife based artist, graduated with a Master of Fine Art in
2002. She has exhibited in the UK and abroad and has won several awards
for her work, including the Royal Scottish Academy and the Carnegie Trust.
JANE WOODFORD BDes(Hons)

Jane Woodford graduated in Ceramics in 1999 and has since
exhibited widely. Her iridescent Lustre ceramics are now in many private
and public collections in Britain and abroad. In 2002 she completed a
residency in Westray, Orkney where she worked with the school and the
community to create an “Environmental Ceramic Mural” of the island. Her
current work explores and celebrates the diversity of the natural world.
